Nightmare experience! !!! I am not going to generalize about the company but I am going to talk about the person who handled the sale of the house, who is Mr. Giuseppe Gaetani.
Before signing the contract, he promised me the world but after signing the contract, the nightmare began.
Giuseppe is not proactive at all, he constantly waits for me to tell him what to do to move forward. Apart from putting the ad on immoweb and his website, he did nothing himself. The description of the property he put on the ads was very basic and he based it solely on what I told him during the viewing. He did not make an effort to highlight the property, including the location of the property, nearby schools, proximity to the highway and public transportation, etc. He also did not post the announcement on social media.
During our interviews, he only spoke to me about statistics (number of clicks on the ad, etc.) and never about anything concrete (offer, action to take, etc.). During the contract period, he asked me twice to lower the price because customers were complaining about the budget for the work. We did it and nothing changed. I then told him that it would be better to make an estimate of the work so that the client could budget for it. He then told me it was up to me to do it, not him.
I could write a book about the poor service I received, it was so incompetent. I strongly advise you not to work with him!
