      • - Bad experience! Very difficult to schedule a viewing (it took us 5 phone calls), were poorly informed about the condition of the house (said that the roof was not insulated, for example, where this was the case) and were also after purchase very difficult to reach due to provisional deed of sale and final viewing. In the end we only bought the house because the owner was present, the real estate agent previously ensured that we did not buy it. Removal of the sales sign is still taking place... even after explicit contact about this. They are just too busy to properly sell a home.

      • - Really not recommended. We had Maya Norie as a saleswoman. She doesn't keep her appointments... and doesn't even cancel calls. She puts people under pressure. She doesn't communicate or communicates too late, she acts haughty, she says all the time that she is doing everything she can to sell our house and that we should be grateful to her. In short,… a terrible experience.
