We had a problem with the attendance of their secretary, who was in charge of the company while the owner of the administrator was absent. He was rude and disrespectful to me to deal with an apartment problem and ended up shouting over the phone. They sent me several emails in a rude way, besides not notifying me about several fees that were only notified on the day the contract was signed. Great to bring the customer, but terrible to keep him.
I'm editing this comment to add more indecency from this company. When we left the apartment and did the inspection, they did not do it in our presence and after all this process, they charged us (without a quote) 300 euros for painting a scratched wall, 500 euros for painting a small section of the floor, which is made of wood, and 80 euros for cleaning a 3m² bathroom, totaling 880 euros. The comments about the repairs were made via facebook messenger by some unregulated professional and the repairs were to be carried out by the father of the company's owner. I don't believe this is a professional way of dealing with such situations. Beware of these crooks!!

Had to deal with an extremely disrespectful "agent" if we can called him this way as someone also wrote below just because of a schedule change in the appointment followed by some confusion between us and ending up with 15 min delay in our appointment then last minute cancellation and unacceptable reaction and comments toward me. Unbelievable still not realizing how I was treated. Zero star should be the right note and one word : FUYEZ !! Fortunately I manage after more than 1 hour lost to go to my next rdv with a wonderful agency and agent visiting a great place to rent. Worst experience ever but at the end for my good ????
