      • - Very Poor Service! 1. In order to make the process fast for themselves they arrange flat visits in groups. 2. They collect so called "application forms" from you which contains a lot of personal information. It feels like I am applying for a college. 3. All these applications forms are collected and sent to the landlord to pick the best one among. So if you are an avarage income foreigner man, you are probably left out because at the top of the list there will be more privileged people: i.e. locals with higher income than you who feels more safe to rent to. All in all, selfish, greedy, unfair company which will probably waste your time as did mine.

      • + Philippe and his team help us greatly during our moving in and out of an apartment in Leuven. The communication with Philippe was always very clear and effective. He even helps us with a bank issue that made our life much easier. We really appreciate his willingness to help us. In2Go immo – Heverlee is a great real state agency to find your home in Leuven!.

      • - 1. Unprofessional - So far the I got an unprofessional experience in leuven town. I am surprised how least they care about losing clients and other agencies like immotime responded within minutes to schedule meetings. 2. No Transparency- It is annoying to follow up with in2go to schedule meetings as they never provide alternative slot and one has to make lot of efforts to seek clarity and flexibility to visit the properties. They LACK TRANSPARENCY about their calender and who they may want to prefer as clients. 3. Bad communication- I had to send back n forth emails seeking a slot and then each time a different agent responded. And most importantly- 4. Bad privacy policy - Once they take consent about my candidature form, it is unclear how long are they going to store my data and it is also mentioned on their privacy policy that data will be used by third parties :(
