      • - Be wary and check the claims given by the agency because you risk being disappointed. In fact, I was sold an apartment whose sales criterion was the extraordinary unobstructed view, telling me that we were only going to build small row houses which would in no way obstruct this beautiful view. Two months after signing the deed, a 4-story building was built opposite mine. The view is completely different from that promised.
