      • - Very unpleasant on the phone when making an appointment to visit a house for rent. On the day of the meeting, no one showed up…. I waited 20 minutes in front of a closed door. The agency remained unreachable by telephone (on a Friday at 5:30 p.m.)... Thanks for wasting my time!

      • + We were perfectly received by the boss during the visit to a very coveted property. We visited in the company of other people. But being independent I understand the process perfectly. Then beyond the visit he gave us excellent advice. You can buy a house and improve it. But what you can’t buy is the view or the geographical location of a property. This little sentence will, I believe, definitely guide us in the future when choosing when purchasing our future property. Good day to you Kevin & Charlotte

      • - We have just visited a house on rue de tienne in villers la ville. Rude agent, arrives late without even apologizing and obviously his choice was already made given the number of people we were visiting the house. In 45 minutes, this agent didn't even calculate for us once and so the question we wanted to ask didn't come up. On several occasions we wanted to approach it but without success. The least we can do is reach out to visitors!

      • - Don't keep informed about the process. We were looking for a property to rent. We call the same morning to confirm the visit. The agency canceled the visit at the last minute while we were there. Absolutely unprofessional. Why confirm and cancel at the end?
