Does not refund your deposit despite cancellation insurance taken out and proof provided for hospitalization preventing the planned stay.

Very disappointed with this agency, lack of seriousness.
After visiting the apartment at the beginning of June and giving my agreement for the rental, two weeks later I received confirmation that the owner agreed. I asked several times to send me the documents and account number to pay the guarantee. They kept me waiting under the pretext that they didn't have time. Two weeks later I learned that they had offered the apartment to another candidate and that the owner had chosen the other candidate. I canceled other visits and found myself without accommodation for September. These are disrespectful and I am considering taking the agency to court to seek damages. We cannot tell you once the owner agrees, then offer the apartment to another candidate. ASHAMED.
