On August 31, 2023, we had an appointment at a building in Driehoekstraat in Ekeren. 4 potential prospective buyers were waiting in front of the door for half an hour. The real estate agent Grisja Praiss did not even show up, even though each of the 3 customers had a separate appointment time. These agreements had all been made very recently because the house in question had been sold a few weeks earlier, but had returned to the market 2 weeks ago. After waiting 20 minutes, we started calling the office and the real estate agent. Grisja Praiss informed us that the house in question had been sold yesterday afternoon, without our knowledge. None of the 4 prospective buyers had received a message or notification. Everyone has wasted valuable time and kilometers due to the lack of communication from De Laet.

What a horrible company. Don't let anyone know anything and just make your plan. It is not difficult that many real estate agents are walking away from this crappy company. You have never heard of respect
