The accommodation I rented presents unacceptable unsanitary conditions, with a level of cleanliness well below expected standards. Despite my repeated attempts to contact your department, I have received no assistance or response to my concerns.

Not reachable by telephone, and no Property for rent on their web page. Lamentable, all their good marks seem to be particularly deserved., their panel sits proudly on the window.
Considering the tone with which they respond, that's promising.

During 3 years of rental the agency is not at all attentive to the tenant, it tries to make you pay bills which are the responsibility of the owner and not the tenant (repair of the boiler) etc.
The price of incoming and outgoing inventory must be divided between the owner and the tenant, it is the law, given the large sum invoiced to the tenant, I have great doubts about this distribution.
Well, the icing on the cake comes at the end of the lease: the agency takes away part of your deposit by charging you a FALSE water consumption statement (normally included in the charges). Year 2020 covid or the two tenants were absent for 6 months (returned to their parents).
