After reading the other reviews I am somewhat surprised at how this differs from my experience. I worked with Dewaele to rent out my apartment and this did not go smoothly across the board.
Starting with the search for a new tenant, it took almost 5 months to find a tenant and I was barely informed about why during the process. In the meantime, I have also rented out the property myself and this was successful within 3 weeks...
Ultimately, they were able to introduce 2 people after 5 months. In retrospect, I should not have accepted either of these based on their income, but since this was the first time I rented, I relied on Dewaele's advice... The result was a tenant who no longer paid after 3 months and left after 6 months. .
When paying out the deposit, Dewaele suggested that they take on this process (to relieve the burden, I assume). This only caused even more frustration and ultimately I had to contact Rentio myself to arrange for the payment.
In short, very bad experience and I would not recommend this to anyone. I really didn't get anything back for the month's rent except that I didn't have to carry out the site visits myself.
