Unreliable communication and unprofessional. Confirmed by telephone that we were the first interested party to contact us and the guarantee that we would be the first to view the house on the first day of visiting (specifically asked about this as the interest was very high!). A few hours before the visit, I was told that there had been a visiting day the day before and the house had already been sold, without any form of communication. The least you would expect is honest and transparent communication, which is sorely lacking here.
