      • - 5 years ago I bought a house through you. Beautiful house refurbished so that hidden defects cannot be seen. After just a few months, excessive humidity, cold bridges, connections not made, lies about obtaining green certificates and so on. Deed of sale drawn up in favor of the seller. To my great regret, under pressure from the salesperson, I signed the purchase agreement. After some doubts on my part about the healthy aspect of the house, he told me that if I changed my mind, he would never again offer me other properties. Being alone and unprofessional in this environment that I would consider dubious. I was fooled like a young first. I will now contact other real estate companies to get their opinion on this subject and if necessary I will take legal action. Thank you for wishing me a happy anniversary every year for the purchase of this house but if we call on so-called professionals it is to have quality service which clearly I did not have.       • - Immo Effertz, a fraud from father to son/daughter. As a buyer, this agency is a nightmare. In 20 years in real estate in Liège, I think this is my worst experience. Absolutely avoid this team full of frustration! As a buyer, the agency submitted to us a take-it-or-leave-it sales agreement which contains false declarations: -> The buyer does not want the electrical certificate while we wish to obtain it. -> The buyer confirms being in possession of the title deed allowing verification of the special conditions even though this is not the case. -> The buyer is mentioned as a natural person when in reality it is a question of companies purchasing. -> An intrusive paragraph relating to urban planning regularization. This point must be settled according to the possible planning infraction affecting the property and not by a general clause. A team that hangs up on you, who refuses to set an appointment to have the property appraised! In short, unprofessional and very impertinent as mentioned in other comments below. The agency considers itself above the rules and does not hesitate to put obstacles in the way for the buyer but also for the seller when it is in its own interest. Despite the written confirmation from the real estate agent of this agency of the seller's agreement on the proposed price, the latter threatened to put the property back on sale if we did not accept his compromise which was tainted by numerous false declarations and inaccuracies, and all this without the agreement of the seller!!! Without the intervention of the respective notaries, I don't know how this story would have ended. Absolutely avoid! A shame for the real estate agent profession

      • + I highly recommend Mr. Motte who helped me with the purchase of my house. Mr. Motte is very human, he presents things simply, with honesty, sympathy, transparency and freshness. There is nothing of the “sham” salesman (which we have all already encountered), no need to throw smoke and mirrors! I thank him for allowing an honest and peaceful transaction and I wish him a long career and a multitude of clients!
