      • + My husband and I were delighted with the teamwork of the De Panne agency which successfully sold our apartment. Liesbeth and Nico were able to direct buyers towards our apartment when they were looking for a new construction in departure. Lander made an estimate that was consistent with the actual sale price. Astrid knew with kindness and professionalism to ensure the good follow-up and administrative and commercial coordination of our file without forgetting Dirk for the drafting and supervision of the compromise.       • + Mrs Liesbeth made time for us on her day off (Wednesday), which alone is special! We had an appointment to look at two objects, which we did not like very much. During the extremely friendly conversation about our preference in terms of architecture... Mrs. Liesbeth then said "maybe I have another object that you would like", and yes, the third object was a direct hit. A dream object. However, there was another person interested in the object, "who would later come to view the object for a second time." Result: the purchase agreement was immediately signed. If Mrs. Liesbeth had not taken that extra time on her day off, we are almost certain that the object would have been sold later.
