Of het nu een projectwoning, een appartement, een totaal verbouwing of een nieuwbouw op jouw grond is. Al meer dan 40 jaar vormen passie, wendbaar en waardengedreven ondernemen de hoekstenen van ons familiebedrijf. Respect voor onze medewerkers, maatschappij, milieu en bezieling staan hierbij centraal. Wonen, bouwen, samenwerken met Bostoen, dat is eenvoudigweg thuiskomen.

      • - Due to a catastrophic construction error by Bostoen, we have several leaks under our house. Construction company Bostoen takes no responsibility and does not address the problem. They appoint an expert, with whom they collaborate a lot, and jointly point to third parties that have nothing to do with the cause of the problem. We have also brought in experts with a lot of experience in the sector and they do not hesitate for a second. Water should never reach the screed in the middle of a living room. The lack of accountability and refusal to admit their mistake, coupled with ignoring our attempts to contact them, reflects a serious lack of professionalism and integrity. Furthermore, shifting blame to unrelated third parties instead of providing a real solution is unacceptable. In addition, the substandard aftercare we received only makes the problem worse, leaving you in a frustrating and unsatisfactory situation. It is essential for construction companies to prioritize the satisfaction and safety of their customers, especially when dealing with major issues such as construction defects. This experience highlights the importance of thoroughly researching and choosing a reputable construction company for future projects. Quality craftsmanship, responsibility and excellent customer service should be the cornerstones of any construction company. This is clearly not the case at Bostoen.

      • - Terrible build quality, fictitious warranty. New construction that after 5 years the foundation started to sink, the doors do not close properly, large cracks everywhere. All houses are built with companies from abroad that give the lowest price, so you get the lowest quality. STAY OUT !
