Very poor follow-up.
When you call for a rental house or apartment, they say: "send everything by email". If you do that, you simply won't get a response. Already sent 3 emails and 2 telephone calls.

As a former tenant, I have had many bad experiences with this agency,
No answers to emails. Rents out studios/apartments with many defects. If the water runs into your studio due to defects in the building, it will take 6 weeks (after numerous calls and emails).
Only after the threat of rent suspension was something was done about it.
Heating also did not work in the middle of winter (it also took 4 weeks before I heard anything from Westburo).
Dish water drained and came out in the shower. (It also took a long time before anything was done about it)
Paying back the rental deposit was also a long wait, and they also charge costs for cleaning the studio, even though we left the studio completely painted and cleaned before leaving.
The doorbell didn't work either and new bells were promised...
There were also rats present around the building because the manhole covers had also seen their best days.
All in all a big zero! Hopefully the next tenants will be treated better!
