Hope I would give less than 1 star,I am very disappointed with the quality-price! And at the same time, the professionalism that the company offers, I have purchased a corner sofa. when I received ,it wasn’t same quality that I have viewed in the showroom , I have contacted with them explained The scenario. they advised me to pick different sofa and they asked me I have to pay extra thousand pound’which I accepted and paid deposit, as soon I got home. They said we made a mistake it’s not £1000 you have to pay £1200 which I didn’t agree,they give me second option they will pick up my sofa and charge extra £300 after few days communication finally we came to agreement for £200 , in final decision send my money deducted £300.
I don’t recommend anyone to purchase from this company 😡 Had worse experience at Efsan furniture.
