Found a nice home that Norman offered real estate for rent. Contacted them, they were very friendly and immediately made an appointment for a viewing on Saturday, I indicated on the phone that I was very serious. The following Saturday we had an appointment around 12 noon. We come from the Netherlands and drove 3.5 hours with our children to be on time. When we arrived we were very unpleasantly surprised. We were first allowed to wait in front of the door for more than 15 minutes because, for convenience, several other people had also been invited to come and have a look. If you have just driven 3.5 hours and this has been indicated in advance, you expect that you will have the “sole right” to view the house quietly for a while.
Ultimately we found the house suitable and we drove 3.5 hours back. We have sent the requested documents (including private information) and then even after I inquired several times whether anything is already known, you NEVER hear anything from real estate office Norman again.
If you contact us, you will be told that the owner has not yet fully resolved the matter, you will hear from us soon. Only to see on the website that the house has already been rented.
Norman and his wife keep you unnecessarily on a string, I have passed up other scarce homes because we would have liked to rent this home that was viewed.

Had a good and pleasant collaboration with Maggie. An office with an eye for publicity and good tours. Everything worked out together and well informed. Definitely recommended for selling a house.

I am very satisfied with the correct cooperation with Norman real estate, both when looking for a rental property a year and a half ago. And now also when purchasing my home. They listen to the customer, provide correct information and radiate confidence.

The stuff is very professional, kind and honest.
Communication was very good and all information passed on with transparency.
I highly recommend the agency.
