      • - Very bad employee and an office. I have been moving from that apartment for 6 months now and we still have not received any refunds from the deposit. The guy who was in front of me was my customer, he only got his deposit back after a year. SO PEOPLE, I SHOULD NEVER WORK TOGETHER AT THAT OFFICE INSTEAD OF YOU...

      • - HOME MILKERS!!! rent out houses in horrible condition, and they are well known to the housing department of Ghent. Another entire building has just been declared uninhabitable, with, among other things, black mold in the bathroom, no insulation in the roof (drafts simply enter through the holes for the spotlights), water leaks everywhere at all times, boilers that are at least 20 years old. constant breakdowns and barely working, mice in the walls, a shaky and dangerous staircase,... and the real estate does nothing about it. They keep promising all kinds of things but then just make you wait for nothing. Tenants keep asking for repairs, but the real estate refuses to address the inhumane conditions and allows their tenants to live in unhealthy and dangerous buildings for months. Vastgoed devos systematically abuses people in weak positions who can hardly find anything on the rental market, and then exploits them in their slums. Scandalous practices, really nothing good to say about anyone who still works there. You should all be ashamed of yourselves, playing with people's lives and health like this.
