Sadly another money-hungry real estate agency apparently.
The agent was late 30min for the meeting with the expert for État de lieux when I was leaving the apartment. He was stalling to send back signed documents by the owner, to receive back the deposit. When I reminded him about it, he ignorantly answered “that he already sent these documents”. Indeed he did, but without signatures needed to release the deposit…
He said I will receive back deposit in 3 days. It has been 4 weeks and still don’t have it. I asked him to contact Korfine and ask them about it since they didn’t respond to my emails or calls. He ignored my emails. For him all is fine, all is done, and I’m still without the deposit…
Very arrogant, inhumane and not helpful at all.

Parents bought their Dream House in Tervuren in 2003 from the Bridge. Never heard of this real estate office.
Very professional, honest, friendly, they also let the owner talk about their house which doesn't always happen.
Offer accepted, Villa was sold to us immediately!
