To avoid..
We were tenants in a Prologe apartment for 1 year. After 4 months of rental, the ceiling of the room collapsed... even though we were the first occupants of the apartment!! The management of compensation is worrying. They pass the buck and in the end, nothing moves forward.
The insulation is poor, we had a trash room without ventilation and the soundproofing is just as catastrophic.
I don't recommend it at all, it's beautiful from the outside, but once you dig a little deeper, there are a lot of defects.
