Extremely efficient and professional agency, but above all so friendly and human. From the first contact, I already felt that everything was going to be okay. Relaxed atmosphere, sincere mutual assistance, helpfulness clearly beyond what one might expect, empathetic and warm relationship. My 3 files were difficult and unusual, but I never felt discouraged on their part, on the contrary, there emanated from them a beneficial feeling of confidence and good control of situations which greatly reassured me. All transactions were carried out expertly, with extensive and precise documents, despite all the difficulties we had in finding certain information. Deadlines, like prices, were scrupulously respected, with detailed reports and frequent.
