    Partners in vastgoed is sinds 1998 een vaste, betrouwbare waarde in groot-Ieper.
    Onze centrale ligging op 20m van de grote markt nl. Diksmuidestraat 6, zorgt voor een drukbezochte etalage en een gemakkelijke toegankelijkheid.

    Een woning verkopen of verhuren is de laatste jaren enorm geëvolueerd. De wetgever zorgde er de laatste jaren voor dat zowel de huurder als koper steeds meer bescherming genieten. Daarom volgt ons team voortdurend bijscholing zodat we juridisch sluitende contracten kunnen aanbieden. Wij bieden eveneens advies op maat zowel op fiscaal en juridisch vlak.

      • - Unfortunately, we really feel like we have been fooled, although this mainly applies to the owners of the "rental" property. Already requested a viewing in April. Before this could be done, the office asked for proof of income/current rent. We hesitated to share that information as we had not yet applied, but because the offer for our situation (large family) remained very limited and the desired property seemed the most suitable and was still available, we shared it in June anyway. but the information. A week and a half later we were allowed to go and have a look. Based on the information we received on site and the condition of the building, we expressed our concern that it could be put up for sale in the short term. We are assured that this is not the case. There were some problems with the property, which we will keep discreet here. A day later we reported by telephone that we were genuinely interested, but we still had some questions about how to tackle the most urgent problems of the property, and then we were very mild and willing to to roll up your sleeves yourself. They would call us back after contacting the owners. After eight days of silence, we call back and do not receive an answer to our most urgent questions, but we do have permission to remove the carpet in the bedrooms. A sign for us that an agreement is in the making, right? 4 days later phone from the office. The owners no longer wish to rent out due to too many costs but are going to sell, also a timely decision, not! There you are. And of course the other options have already been rented out under our noses. The office promises to inform us if something suitable for us becomes available. We hold our hearts. Really not nice to experience, although we understand that the office cannot really do anything about this and we have probably been saved a lot of misery. If things turn out well, we will certainly report it here.
