As buyers, we had an unpleasant experience with this agency. From the first visit, the agent gave us unsolicited advice on the sales process and notary communication. However, when we asked a question about the seller's part, she gave us inaccurate information without checking the facts with the seller. This inaccurate information was about to cause 2-4 weeks of delay in the signature of the deed. Moreover, she mentioned that her client is the seller. Apparently, the agent only cares about the seller and doesn't care about providing a quality service to the buyer cause " it is not her job."

They say "you don't negotiate rent in Belgium" to bully you into accepting landlord's conditions. They leave you waiting for an answer for a week. They consider you should not ask for repairs. Unfortunate experience? Wrong unprofessional individual? Beware!
