Simply ridiculous. You have to be behind it yourself otherwise you will not return calls or emails. If you talk to them about it, they will deny it until you shove the emails under their nose. Then they think they are stupid.
Anyway, we just bought a house through a competitor, which means you have transparent and reactive communication.
