Dear Director or Metropole Properties Brussels, do you know that if you try to call any of the phone numbers published on your website (general, sales, rents), any time during working hours, nobody will ever pick up?
Are you aware that the automatic voicemail message is constantly on, and your staff does not reply to email, at all?
How is one supposed to enquiry about a property or to book a visit?
Considering the other reviews on your agency, in your shoes I would be truly concerned.
I remain without possibility to visit the apartment I like, but at least I hope all these feedbacks on your agency will contribute to change and improve things for your business.
