We dealt with Madame de Norman in the context of a rental for an apartment. It was a real pleasure to work with her. Madame de Norman is responsive, attentive, available and provides excellent advice. In the future, we will use the Les Viviers agency and will specifically ask for Madame de Norman.

Review Les Viviers
Les Viviers Etterbeek were totally unprofessional in handling the valuation for sale of our apartment which is close to their office.
The agency representative arrived 20 minutes late having phoned at the appointed time to say she was still busy with other client work.
Having reviewed our apartment, the earliest she could send the valuation was Monday 9th October after her return from vacation and 10 days after her visit. She did not have a contact business card but said she would leave one in our post box.
She failed to do so.
We neither received the valuation nor did we ever receive the courtesy of an explanation.
Based on our experience we certainly would not recommend Les Viviers,.Etterbeek.
