Adrian is professional, straightforward, effective and kind.
I met him when he was representing one of the landlords in my copropriété, and reached out to him when I wanted to sell my place in Etterbeek (rue des Ménapiens).
I had higher expectations than him pricewise, but he agreed to follow me, confirmed he felt comfortable he could sell the place at the price I wanted, and he did! And it took less than a month! No negotiation (the buyer bought at the published price), no condition (the buyer had the cash). A dream sale, in short.
Done and delivered!

If I could give 0, I would. The follow up is really bad. They take years to fix small issues. They mix up issues in your building, they lie, they shift issues from one person to the other and then again. Just terrible.

The worst, i see they reply on comments here as if they are “concerned” and take it “seriously “, which is not seen in reality.
First of all as a residential building management it is shameful that the calling hours are 9:30-12:30. 3 hours a day.
Secondly, i have had several issues where it is either ignores or takes ages to be solved, and of-course no replies.
Very poor management and responsibility.

I had the pleasure of buying my first apartment via THE KEYS GROUP. I was very touched by their professionalism, availability and transparency. I would highly recommend their services, thank you again for everything.

As a 'syndic' they are horrible. Avoid at all costs.
I'm not sure what they do the whole day at work but:
- they never respond to emails, not even to acknowledge the receipt of the message. After several emails sent to them there is still no response for a simple request that anyone with a minimum of professionalism would respond within 24h.
- simple things like update the names in the letter boxes and elevator are never done even though they have all the necessary information to do.
- request of quotes from companies to do some works in the building was never done - it's been well over one year that we asked them to ask for prices.
- errors in the financial part (charges that were not meant to be for our building).
The list goes on.
Again, avoid them and don't do business with them.
Extremely unhelpful, unprofessional and incompetent.
