      • - What I understood is that the manager of this agency, Ms. Lia Ploumen, who takes care of the visits, is a very, very unpleasant lady who ATTACKS you! by phone and who ruins your entire day with his bad language. And I see in the comments that I am not the only one who was verbally attacked by her. I don't understand why she still works there... It's to be deplored.
