To put my building up for sale, I thought it would be a good idea to contact the Renier real estate agency in Anderlecht. An excellent welcome. A buyer showed up fairly quickly. But to officially register the sale with the necessary legal certificates it took the Renier agency almost 3 months, due to a casual attitude and deplorable follow-up of my file with them. It cost me thousands of euros to temporarily rent an apartment.
It is difficult for me to recommend this agency.
