Not very happy with the service of this agency either.
We got our house but during our first visit, only the owners were present. During the 2nd visit (compromised signature) Mr. was indeed there… The signature is done, everything is clearly noted in black and white. So far, my goodness, so good. BUT when signing the deeds and handing over the keys, once again, no signs of life from the agent! No response to our calls, skipping steps and not notifying the notaries. Finally no follow-up, house returned without fuel (and when it was clear that it still had to have a minimum for heating..) in short, the notary who telephoned us worried because the gentleman wanted to have the deeds signed before handing over keys and visits… in short, a lot of things are wrong with this agency. To flee !
Rather than wasting your time responding to negative reviews from your customers, take care of them and educate them BEFORE you get there! You will save your customers time and you will not need to justify yourself on each negative review. And there’s not just one! Next time, I will find out properly.

I would like to share my disastrous experience regarding this agency. To flee ...
No follow-up regarding the purchase of my house.
Signed the deeds of acquisition of the house without even having signed the sales agreement. That is to say...
I wouldn't be able to count the number of calls made to request the drafting of the sales agreement which was promised to me many times (I can still hear the responses on the phone "yes it's almost finished I'll send it to you tomorrow morning without fail" without receiving anything).
When finally the compromise was sent, the document required modifications which took so long to be carried out that the drafting of the deeds was already completed (thanks to the notary).
All this resulted in the signing of the documents the day before the end of the 3 month validity of my loan (thanks for the stress).
As a buyer, I discovered by chance by ringing the municipality that part of the land was not included in the sale of the property even though it had been presented to me during the visit as being part of it. (the least you can do when selling is to know what you are selling). The piece of land in question belongs to the municipality.
When I informed the agency they replied that they could not find the details of this gateway and thanked me. Maybe I should consider opening a real estate agency too...
Concerning the maintenance of the house, thank you also for warning me that the boiler had not been started or maintained since... When restarting it there was almost a fire in the house.
The water pipe in the cellar exploded in my hand when I tried to turn off a tap.
I was lucky not to start the wood cassette. The chimney sweep told me that he had never seen that in a chimney (he still filled an entire vacuum cleaner with soot).
Certainly the house was empty when the deeds were signed, however I only have to fill 4 containers to clean the exterior which remains as is.
The property also had to be “cleaned”. I didn't expect to have a house that glowed but I discovered that the walls and ceilings were original white and not yellow.
I had really imagined living another experience for such a unique moment as buying a house in a lifetime represents. Which should represent a moment of joy and happiness, especially when it is entrusted to an agency with 30 years of experience.
Unfortunately this was not the case for me and I would not wish this on anyone hoping that I am a unique case...

Castor immo Not serious, especially the intern Anna Dodrimont, we send you the whole Bataclan after the visit which I do an hour later via email, while she already has an agreement with the people who visited before me
