      • - Very unfriendly, do not take the current tenants into account when planning visitors' moments, normal people should apparently be able to take time off from work to dance to their tune. For every question you ask, they simply forward you to the landlord without any further help or simply refer you to their emails to save as much time as possible. Certainly nothing positive to say about it.

      • - We tried to contact them on November 23, the same day of the publication of the two apartments that interested us but they chose to give us a negative response only on December 14 so that only one of the apartments and the other is of course still waiting 😐! This is a recurring situation, and they tend to never respond when it's my fiancé who contacts them, even when we submit our requests simultaneously. This agency clearly appears to be not only unreliable but also lacking in objectivity!
