I asked info about an apartment that I wanted to buy in Saint Catherine multiple times without receiving an answer back. Only at the third call I was able to book finally an appointment.. the day of the meeting I waited 15 minutes and after I called the real estate agent to ask where he was, he told me that the appointment was canceled because the apartment was sold. No calls or email to warn me. I would give zero if I could. Unprofessional and unreliable!

Worst real estate agency I have tried to cooperate with in Brussels.
After quite successful contact with the agent we have agreed that he will provide me with the video of apartment, and I will send my application to proceed with the rental agreement. At this point agent Denis completely ignored my further messages, and the application. I have decide to call to the agency to resolve this problem (I have tried it several times), every time I was assured that agent will contact me, however nothing happened.
I highly recommend to avoid this agency.

Terrible service! Terrible organisation! I tried to plan a viewing twice with them and both time was stressful and useless.
The first time they forgot of the appointment and the second time (when i called one hour before the appointment to seek conformation) they told me that the house was under option from a viewing done the week before.
If I would have not called them, they would have simply let me go to the house for nothing, without probably showing up.
Do not use this agency.

Several times not reachable. No responses to mails. I made an appointment and realised 3 days before that it was not anymore on the webpage. Nobody called me to cancel, despite I had to travel from Berlin to Brussels. I called 3 times to get anybody on the phone that knew what is going on with this appartement. So it took me two days. Nobody calls back. No apologies for not informing me. So I would say no service at all.
