      • + Clear communication with the broker, good feedback when requested. Time is taken when going over the contract. A good and pleasant collaboration.

      • - Unfortunately not a good experience with this rental office. We were going to view a house at this real estate agency and when the appointment had already been made, we suddenly heard through various real estate sites that the rental price had suddenly been increased by 100 euros. Probably due to the popularity of this home. We of course presented this to the real estate agent and he claimed that this was a typo and that the house was indeed suddenly more expensive. We think this is absolutely not a style and, partly based on previous reviews, we will be assisted by another real estate agent.

      • - Far shady rental office in Genk. The people there are very nice to you to sell their properties, but when you want work done by them, they don't respond and give false information. They are very bad with their finances and tell you lies. In all my experience living in different cities I have never had such a hard time getting my deposit back or getting support from the. Ridiculous, wouldn't recommend it!

      • - These are vulgar slumlords of the worst kind. The apartments on Dieplaan are completely run-down, have a 30-40 year old kitchen and if you as a tenant report defects they will be ignored. Stench via ventilation from the kebab tent underneath. The worst part is that when you cancel the rental, they dare to withhold almost the entire deposit for defects that they themselves have ignored! They mainly do this with people of foreign origin "because they won't put any effort into it anyway". Scandalous company.
