Really professional and diligent agency, not there trying to make money, but to provide a great service (speaking as a tenant). I stayed for three years in an apartment managed by FMI, they’ve always been efficient and responsive the few times I needed their help. And they were really accommodating when I left the apartment: despite the fact that I wasn’t able to leave it in perfect conditions, they kindly offered to fix things last minute at friendly and honest conditions

The agency was excellent, I had to find a rental contract before moving to Luxembourg and FMI was quick and helped me trough the process remotely. From going trough every step to explaining the contract, everything was done in a very transparent way. Once I was in Luxembourg I was greeted personally and all questions answered. Great agency and high level of professionalism. They are really detail oriented and customer focused, trying to help and accomodate any request as soon as possible. Moreover, Mary is a great professional while being a very nice and easy going person at the same time. Highly recommended and definitely much better than all other real estate agents in Luxembourg (who only care about grabbing your fee and disappearing).
