I rented a furnished studio of 20 square meters through this agency for 1 year, Boulevard de Merckem in Namur.
When I received it, it only had one large window, and its handle, to open the window, was broken, they told me that it would be repaired. So I couldn't open the window...
During the year that I resided in this accommodation, where I was very cold in winter and extremely hot in summer (already in May...), each month, I restarted them in order to know when this window would open. be repaired.
When I left this studio, this problem was still not resolved.
On top of that, when I received the accommodation, it was unsanitary, I spent around 15 hours cleaning it from top to bottom...
And finally, after two days in the studio, I realized, through bites on my arms, that I had bedbugs.
I then contacted the agency to ask them to intervene and take charge of the disinfection at their expense. They told me that it was me who had brought them (I would like to point out that I have never had bedbugs and that my furniture had just been purchased...).
I will also spare you the lack of respect from the director of the agency.
Flee this agency and these accommodations!
