Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with Engel & Volkers Gent Centrum. It is without a doubt the worst real estate agency we have ever dealt with.
First of all, the office's approach was extremely amateurish. It seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. They were not well organized and seemed completely unaware of the market and current trends.
In addition, communication with Engel & Volkers Gent Centrum was downright poor. They were unreachable and did not respond to our questions and requests. This lack of commitment and professionalism was very frustrating and cost us a lot of time and energy.
To make matters worse, they also gave us wrong advice. Their approach was completely ineffective and ultimately only caused us more problems. It felt like they had no understanding of our situation at all and were just doing whatever without any care or attention to our interests.
All in all, we absolutely cannot recommend Engel & Volkers Gent Centrum. Their amateurish approach, poor communication and wrong advice gave us a very negative experience. We strongly advise everyone against doing business with this real estate agency.

It specializes in commercial real estate, investment properties, apartments and office spaces, both for lease and for sale.
