Failed to declare that part of the building was unpermitted and told us the property was in two lots at the time of sale when it was only 1. For these reasons I would regrettably not recommend this agency.

House was evaluated by this agency who was recommended by a friend. The evaluation was much lower than what the expert from the bank gave me ( which I thought was insanely low to begin with). Do your homework and ask several agencies around the vicinity for an estimate. Do not trust them blindly. They want to sell and are only thinking about the quick buck that they can make! Beware!
