We worked with this real estate agency as part of a sale and as part of a house search. In both cases, we were able to deplore the lack of professionalism by offering totally unrealistic prices in view of the current market. Sellers are dangled with attractive prices to get them to sign a sales contract and then nothing tangible happens for months... Great distrust regarding the honesty and probity of this type of practice. If everyone must earn a decent living, we cannot accept that this is done to the detriment of customers.
