      • + When I wanted to sell my house, I did a search on the internet and came across Century 21. It was the only name on the list that I knew, located not too far from the property for sale. I never regretted my choice and I always promised myself to go through the comments box. So here I am 6 months later... As soon as I visited the Jambes agency, Madame Duchenne had the merit of welcoming me with a smile but above all with a famous dose of patience because it must be admitted, I was not an easy "customer"! In fact, I was thinking of visiting the agencies before taking the time to think, just as I would have visited the garages before finalizing the purchase of a new car. I had planned everything with my list of questions except perhaps the fact that Madame Duchenne was going to take the time to find the arguments to convince me. In the end, I didn't look elsewhere! ;-) The winning formula was: smile and patience + skills and seriousness = TRUST. Fortunately, from that moment on, I managed to de-stress, especially since I didn't live in the region. And what’s next? I would say that I simply let the agency do its thing! Because yes, that is the strength of this agency, it is that it regularly keeps you informed of the steps taken and to be taken via telephone interviews or even meetings. I very quickly told myself that, alone, I would never have been able to take all these steps without hassle. Furthermore, I can now say that I am especially convinced that I had the... “fair maximum price” for my property which is ultimately the main thing when you close the door of an agency!
