Too bad we can't award thorns because the crown would have been well deserved! Absence of response to questions about the nature of a property, its equipment, its reserves, etc.; non-presentation of a higher offer of 10,000 euros to the seller,... and the deal slips right under your nose!
As a seller you take the risk of being cheated, as a buyer you may be disgusted.
As the saying goes: one warning is worth two!

Total lack of professionalism especially in terms of estimation, no real follow-up, go ahead and I'm pushing you, lack of respect and consideration etc. I no longer have the words because too many worries from start to finish

Bad experience with this agency. I sold my house through Century 21 in Walcourt, they did their job poorly. And when I wanted to contact the agency's management following a problem with a potential buyer, no one left a single sign of life. On the other hand, to collect the money, they are obviously present!
