Stay away from agencies that do not comply with the laws of not placing advertising in mailboxes. Lack of ethics. Lack of respect for the environment and on top of that they don't leave mailboxes half open which is dangerous.
Bunch of idiots will never but never go here and I will recommend everyone to do the same
Lack of scruples!

The deed of sale of our home will soon be signed. Our real estate agent Century21 has done everything necessary to find suitable buyers and this for a satisfactory price. The file was handled with the necessary expertise in a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. We can therefore safely recommend Century21 to potential sellers.

Stay away from this unethical agency. After having made an offer and having raised it to overcome abundantly the requested price (as there were other offers, this they said), they have cancelled the ad and republished it with an even higher price. Either the agents cannot correctly value the assets their clients wish to sell or they make people waste their time to set a market price. In any case, it is an agency to avoid. I will make sure my clientele will be duly informed.

Real estate agents in Belgium are known for unethical practices and this one is a good representative of the kind. After I signed an offer at the requested price (the advertisement was clearly not a vente aux encheres - make an offer from) the agent deliberately delayed to inform the owner in order to reach out and get a slightly higher one agreed in an hour! Particularly expats beware of those practices of those real estate practices common in Flanders. I file a complain to the association and will follow a legal advice,
