      • - The appointment having been confirmed for Monday 5 p.m. by telephone AND by SMS, it is with confidence in the Washington agency that I went to Brussels yesterday for an apartment visit. Big mistake on my part! I actually wait a few minutes in front of the apartment door before calling the agent: he tells me that he has already returned home because the current tenant refuses to make visits after 4:30 p.m., before telling me propose a new visit Friday at… 5 p.m. (?)! He takes the opportunity to kindly inform me in a mocking tone that it is better to plan several visits on the same day rather than traveling for a single visit, and that I must excuse him for his error because "it's madness at the moment. The current very strong demand visibly gives this agency the impression that it can treat potential clients with contempt, I strongly recommend that prospects keep their distance from them!

      • - I contacted this agency for an apartment I had an appointment, and the day of the appointment (the visit) came it was not even the right visit the person I had on the phone s was deceived... and that's what his colleague also told us on site, so we had to go home without a visit, it's already borderline that but ok, the real estate agent on site apologizes and appears "understanding" but I think she was very hypocritical, (we made this judgment, a simple shortcut on our part.) and she affirmed that "Friday morning she would call me without fail to plan the right visit" These are the words a Friday has passed and she never called us, obviously not everyone has just one word. Perhaps this agency chooses these clients, that is the question.🤔

      • + Excellent experience with this agency in searching for an apartment. It's easy to feel like a number when you're looking for accommodation in Brussels and the visits are done in succession and at dizzying speed, but I felt a lot of humanity in the support from the Washington Agency . From the first visit to signing the contract, the follow-up was very well organized and efficient. And to top it all off, the apartment I am now renting is a gem!
