As trustee of my co-ownership, I am quite satisfied with the agency de l'équerre which manages the building well and fulfills its role as building trustee, sometimes complex and subject to numerous constraints from the legislator. When they are questioned, do not hesitate to give a quick reminder if there are no answers, but a response will eventually arrive :-)

Following his judicial appointment for absence and lack of trustee since March 14, 2023, he seemed responsive and professional. However, the co-ownership is still not brought up to technical fire safety standards and we do not have a forecast budget for adequate working capital/reserve and planning provided for good management and above all security, not an emergency or necessity? The trustee did not have a quote yet in October 2023 for the different standards and work on fire detectors, gas ducts, asbestos,... and my garage and apartment still not repaired since 2016 after 4 damages to them for non-maintenance,
Since March and June 29, 2023, still waiting for the summons and the minutes requested with the accounts, clear and prepared resolutions, the opinion of the auditor even with the qualified accountant, accounts duly adopted and with supporting documents - and have the list of irregular expenses not part of the subject of deliberation by AG of the previous trustee - judicial surveyor expert - and his personal lawyer, as desired by the judge in his decision of March 14, 2023 by recalling the obligations of a diligent trustee. The official solution is to sell/rent your apartment in the overvalued condominium, without saying anything and deliberately hiding things, the property is on sale with a discount and a fair price.
The agency works with closed offices in July and August according to the letter from the agency manager ('We exceptionally work with closed offices during these holidays.' E> Stercendries) (this should be mentioned in the contract for transparency while the trustee not knowing the terms when he was appointed AG), too bad. With the trustees, there is always a problem of mail, diary and budget.

Very bad experience with this agency, no response to calls, messages or promises of returns. When I rang the agency, they left me in the same situation, no additional help. The customer is apparently not a priority. Real disappointment. Comment update: response received 15 minutes after posting this review online following the agent's non-return, otherwise I could have waited a long time I think...

How can you remain a customer of theirs, it's worth stopping by to realize that such a merchant exists!
Fortunately, other similar companies exist with real customer service.
