Incompetent and unwilling real estate agency. Their passivity and bad faith caused me several months of damage in the purchase of my property. It was the notary who had to do the job for them. Good advice: run away!

I had to do it myself because they don't let us know how visits went. Last visit they even left my light on and the sliding window open! 6 months of lost time after less than a month at another office, my house was sold.

I have been working at Century 21 Alliance for a few months now, which I feel is a privilege as Mr Delos is respectful of his clients, but also and above all of the ethics linked to our profession.
I am therefore outraged by Mr. Jacoby's comment, which is absolutely false.
We can evoke a mirror effect when we know the history of the progress in this sale and defend the sellers by obtaining a fair price for them (is accusing hidden defects to obtain a discount honest?) while these people were in a delicate situation both financially and morally was essential. Especially since Mr Delos did not claim any fees (I will skip the details here).
I therefore confirm that I am proud to defend the colors of Century 21 Alliance and therefore Mr Delos observing his integrity every day.

Agency director (Mr Delos) who does not hesitate to ask his clients (sellers) to camouflage hidden defects, and make modifications to the property including when the offers have been signed... asks his colleagues to lie about the condition of the property. (it was hidden from us that our house had been set on fire) Hastens to have future buyers sign quickly (to get his commission and so that the buyers find themselves stuck) Makes forged documents with his clients' bank (proof in exchanges of emails), uses double talk and makes remarks towards us that are unprofessional (received accidentally during an email exchange with his clients' notary). After intervention by a lawyer and long months of waiting, the agency was ejected from the sale and we were finally able to obtain our house after 16 months. This person should no longer have the right to practice (a complaint to the IPI is in progress).
And numerous testimonies from other victims are added to the group.
Following up on Ms Rasschaert's answer, I think you probably don't have all the information. Claim the fees on a sale he didn't make? Should we say thank you to him?! 😁 The sale took place with our notaries because Mr Delos was ejected from this sale following his numerous failings (should I point out that his clients risked the public sale of their property following his errors? As well as the forgeries? This is the bank of its clients which had to take legal action and the intervention of our notaries) Until proven otherwise Mr Delos has NO evidence that our speech is false, on the other hand, we are in possession of it! concrete elements justifying our statements.
I'm not going to dwell on this subject. I understand that as a new employee AND new companion of Mr Delos you demonstrate total objectivity. 😅 I'm going to stop because we're bordering on ridiculousness.
I would like to point out that this is in no way a question of denunciation but just facts that are reported so that other people do not experience what we experienced. But please don't talk about what you don't know 😅 because your intervention says a lot about the seriousness of this agency.

A garage rental contract with the owners who are also the manager of this Century office signed and upon handing over the keys they drag to reimburse the guarantee of 2 guarantee rents + guarantee for the keys. 380€
Calls and emails without results.
